Kairos Graduates – Special Seminar 2025

Held on April 3, 2025 at Assemblies of God Bible College

The Mission’s Department of Assemblies of God of Ceylon hosted a deeply impactful event on April 3, 2025 — the Kairos Graduates Special Seminar 2025. Spearheaded by Rev. Chrissokumar Handy and Rev. Aravinda Tissera, this gathering brought together 45 selected Kairos graduates for a time of reflection, vision casting, and renewed commitment to share hope to where it is most needed.

Empowered to Go

The seminar centered around a bold and purposeful initiative to take the initiative and not just wait to response. Keynote addresses were delivered by esteemed speakers — Rev. Nimal Premasiri, Rev. Santha Lal de Alwis, and Bro. Premkumar — who shared deeply moving insights on faith, and the need to identify and contextualize.

A Call to Action

The seminar emphasized not just awareness, but action. Graduates were encouraged and equipped to:

  • Identify and adopt
  • Pray intentionally for their spiritual and physical needs
  • Engage communities with compassion
  • Share the hope through word and deed

This initiative is part of AG Missions’ growing commitment to a holistic, prayerful, and strategic approach.

‘This seminar was a reminder that we are the laborers, and now is the time’,  said one of the participants.

Moving Forward

This special seminar has not only ignited fresh passion—it has planted seeds of transformation that will bear fruit across generations.
